Pretty  much the whole song is a 3 chord pattern D-A-G. She sometimes adds a flat 5 to the G
(2nd fret, 2nd String)and then resolves it on the 3 fret, 2nd string or the open B of the 2nd string.
Just have fun with it, sounds beautiful. In the choruses she sometimes plays the D as a
D/A in the 5th position :
