I've only included the chords for now but Bruce Langhorne used the Travis picking 
technique on this recording, with the thumb playing alternating bass notes and the 1st
and middle fingers playing the 3rd, 2nd and 1st strings. (Langhorne lost his ring and
little fingers in a childhood accident.)

Dylan used the same chords (with capo on 1) in Boots of Spanish Leather on the album 
Don’t Think Twice. In live recordings Dylan tends to play Em7/D (X54030) instead of 
the Em9, and C major (X32010) instead of D7/F#.
