The F6 to F is suggested by the original Stylophone
riff, but David just played an F.

David played the 1st inversion C chords with a G bass
but doesn't emphasise it, the bass guitar plays the
root C note. So take your choice for the chord,
with or without the low G.

For Verses 5 and 8 David played an Fmaj7
(sliding up two frets to a G6). As an alternative
it also sounds good using the Fmaj7#11 as a substitute
which also creates a G6 when moved up (355400).

The break and coda chords are an Fmaj7 chord shape
just moved up the neck
