Tuning: B, Eb Ab Db Gb Bb Eb
This is my first contribution, so please forgive me if I haven't submitted properly.
I am very surprised that no one has suggested the guitarist is tuned down a half step (Eb tuning)
So many guitarists tune down (Van Halen, Extreme, Vertical Horizon, etc.) when playing acoustic.
Tuning: - - - - -
Now it's only a matter of playing a "country" C chord, adding the third fret on the high Eb string.
I don't hear a 7th in the Gm chord, but it's certainly an alternate.
I like the Ebsus2 up on the 6th - works nicely with the keyboards and solo guitar.
The "pièce de résistance" chord - I don't mind the suggested Gm7b5/C#.
One might contest that if the root were C#, and the C is truly heard, the chord might be a C#maj7/6.
But an easier chord could be a simple C#6 bar chord.
Dm chord - depends on the "colour" you wish to add and where.
I've listed three versions that I think could work - take your pick.
I think the third position Dm works well for the piece between the Chorus and 2nd Verse.

(Here, if you use the third position of the Dm I've suggested, you can add the notes on the high Eb string
on the 7th fret, then 5th, then drop to an open Eb)
