NOTE: To me in this song the banjo stands out more than the guitar.
      This was a request for this song to be done in standard tuning
      which I have done. A lot of the song is done with pull offs and
      hammer ons and thus chords like Dm would also become a Dsus2
      when the pointer finger is pulled off the  E string. This
      would also apply when the pointer finger is pulled off the Am
      chord making that an Asus2. I did not put them in but mentioned
      that here so as to not clutter up the tab. Please keep that in
