PLAYING INFO:
Apart from the standard D chord, use the index finger for the
partial barres for the other chords. The little finger plays
the 4th fret notes. 

For the optional E7 chords, from the E5 just add the ring
finger on the 2nd string/3rd fret.  This is an E7(no3),
which you can choose to use ad libbed on the intrumental
break, or the end of verses to change it up slightly.
Gordon just stays on the E5 in these sections, and lets the
lead guitar add bends on sus4's and 7th's.
