Right, so I'm not boasting but I have looked plenty of places for the correct way 
to play this song an' so far I haven't found single accurate tab.
So I'm give you the correct way... Part from the outro I'm not 100% sure about 
that but erm it sounds good enough to me :) So this tab is pretty much 99% right. 
There are always two places that you can play power chords on the neck and its 
proven in this song but this is the exact way Billie Joe plays it :) TUNING HALF-STEP DOWN
