              While in The USMC in California, one of my passes
         I went to DisneyLand and there on stage was (I never forget)
         Linda Ronstadt  w/Stone Poneys (early 70's)
              I was standing along the left hand side of the stage and
         she had already done a couple of numbers, when she walked over
         to where I was and looking directly at me (in my dreams) she
         sang this song.

     (I know she does it in the key of "D" so don't bother me about it)
(You guys n gals need to loosen up on this key thing it really doesn't matter!)
