Using the tab by Josh Mullan (thanks, by the way), I built the verse chord progression, seeing 
as how no one could get it right.

I gave strumming suggestions based on the original song. If you know 
anything about written rhythms, it should make sense. If not, then just 
ignore what's in parentheses and figure it out yourself.

The C#m7, G6/9 and F6/9 chords are definitely right, I'm just not sure if 
those are the right names for them.

A small note on the chorus (no pun intended): The Ds are for two beats, and 
the A and G are one beat each.  So if you're playing 8th notes as I 
suggest, you should strum DDDDAAGGDDDD... etc.
