Transcribed more with the piano in mind, though could be made easier for guitar either by using capo 3 and
transposing the chords -3 or by tuning the guitar down a tone (DACFAD) and transposing the chords +2.

(Gm9 chord is more like a Gm7(add2), but UG was having issues highlighting that chord. On piano the chord is
built A Bb F over a G base.
The Bbmaj7/F chord is functionally more like a Dm(add b6)/F but UG wouldn't highlight that either, though 
they both sound identical.
